[wp-docs] Lock

To make the transition to the new hosted and ultra-reliable platform, 
we're going to need to lock the database for a day or so while the move 
happens. Everything will be available for reading, it's just that any 
edits won't be moved over and I'll disable them if possible. It seems 
like there is a ton of activity today, so I know the timing isn't that 
great, but ultimately things will be better in the end.
