[wp-docs] Template:CurrentVersion

I created the following template page on the Codex:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Template:CurrentVersion

I did this so that our upgrade instructions can say things like:
"To upgrade to {{Template:CurrentVersion}}, blah blah blah"

I looked (briefly) and couldn't find any such template.  This should
make our upgrade docs a little more "timeless", I hope.  When 1.6 is
released (or Allah forbid a 1.5.1.4!), we can simply update that template.
