[wp-docs] Starting a Codex translation

Hi!

With a quick search I didn't see anything that would say where to
start translating, so I created this:

A couple of questions:

1) Is there already a list like that on Codex?
2) How do I rename a page (other than cut&paste)?

If anyone has information to add, especially about having audited the
WP code for Codex links, that would be great.

I've gotten a lot of feedback, help, improvements and suggestions for
the Finnish translation from Minna(*) and she was asking where to help
with it, so I suggested taking a look at the Codex pages.  I'm hoping
that while we (and telling from her speed, that's probably going to be
"she") start the Finnish translation, we can provide some sort of a
roadmap for others to follow.

P.S.  If there is a MediaWiki intro (which I should've Google'd for
already but haven't) or something I should go read, the URL's would be
most welcome (and will get added to the roadmap).
