[wp-docs] Mark as Patrolled, please

If others on the list, like me, are in the habit of frequently
checking the recent changes page at the Codex to look for spammers or
vandals, or for errors in editing, please click the "Mark as
Patrolled" link after you have verified the edit on a page. This link
is available both on the diff showing the changes and the page itself,
I beleive.

This will remove the red "!" from the recent changes page, and it will
be easier to see which changes have been checked. It is not too much
additional work, if you already like to keep an eye on recent changes.
