[wp-docs] Creating an Archives article

Yami McMoots has written a great article on how to create an Archive index, 
and the steps can apply to a variety of different "specialty" pages in 
WordPress.  She wants to know where to "put it".

I think this is the kind of thing that would go great in the Lessons, as it 
is step by step instruction guide that would really help users.  But it 
could stand on it's own, too.  If set with other similar how-to articles, 
though, it would help users to find the information better.  What do you 
think?
