I like the spacing, nicely done. I also like how green is for good, red is
for bad. We should stick to that, although I'm still thinking of how to make
it visually look a bit better. However I think seperating the links is a
very important aspect of how to make the multitude of links on a page
actually understandable. The most common mistake for me is clicking on a
link that I think is going to take me to the post or whatever, only for it
to take me to the editing menu. I use WP every day and I sometimes forget or
actually have to think about it, which is where it came from. You might not
realise it but if you where to click on a link and a nice icon is right next
to you warning you that you're going outside the admin panel and you wanted
to say in, then that icon has done it's job.
I'm not looking for subtelty here. It should be clear as rain where every
link is taking you. without the icons you have no clue. Clarity is extremely
important in this instance. Albiet you might say but this mixture generally
only occurs in the dashboard, it also occurs in the manage section, the
plugins and the themes section as well.
I think the icons should stay, obviously they don't have to be the ones
currently in there, that's just used to illustrate the point.
