Hehe, I wouldn't kill anyone if it a) looked good, and b) helped make 
the thing user friendly. Just because I can handle a throwing star 
doesn't mean you have one coming your way ;)

Other than log out and view site, maybe

* comment or trackback approved
* There are comments in moderation?

I'm not sure, but maybe we should flesh out "action complete" to cover 
more ground, i.e. "post deleted" has one icon, "post saved as draft" or 
"post published" has others. I dunno, what do you think?

We could also go overboard, and give users, icons or themes an icon. Not 
a customized, but an icon, sort of to give value to these externally 
added things.
