[wp-design] Vote for or against the use of tabs

I'm FOR tabs.

I think I know what will go for the second-level menu.

The points to be incorporated for the second-level
menu are follows.
1. Horizontal bar.
2. Divider between items.
3. No underline.
4. Same background color as the active tab.
5. Background color has to be adequately distinct from
body.
