[wp-design] Save and continue

Got a good idea from the other message. What if instead of this button 
we just have a JS created button that says

"8 minutes since last save"

And when you click it sends the XMLHttpRequest to update the draft and 
resets the counter. Save and continue is just a result of the 
constraints I had at the time.

Thoughts?
