[wp-design] A base WP Interface PSD

As Khaled and I briefly discussed on MSN, and as Michael proposed, I 
have taken the basic steps towards "getting our hands dirty".

I've created a very basic PSD file which you can download from 
http://www.noscope.com/dump/base.zip

It is based on the latest 1.5 interface "write post" page, and is 
_almost_ un modified. The only change I have done is to add a system 
message (where normally none would be).

So go get your hands dirty! I hope this'll help.
