All at once?  I was trying it for a client who needed to be  
despammed, and it didn't seem to be going through, even when I  
limited it to 100 at a time.  Of course, it was Dreamhost (CPU/memory  
stingy), and it could be that Akismet (the service) was balking at  
taking that many from one IP all at once.
