Indeed it does.

I'm hoping that this will encourage people to mark spam comments as  
spam, instead of just deleting them.  Yeah, it might add some bulk to  
the number that Matt gets to report as Akismet's "miss rate," but in  
the long run, it should make Akismet better.

We should get some American WWII propaganda style posters made up:  
"Unreported spam sinks blogs."
