[spam-stopper] identifying false negatives

Greetings. Quick question- if a false negative's status is changed to 
'spam', does this actually report the false negative to Akismet?

If so, then maybe there should be an easier way to report false negatives, 
because I think most users are likely to just go into mass edit mode and 
clear out the false negatives (i get batches of spam trackbacks every 
couple days) than to click edit, change the status, and save, for each 
one.
