Akismet has been working well for filtering the Wiki-spam in Trac.
We're using the Python difflib module to extract only the new content
from the pending edit to test for spam. We do still maintain a list of
some regex patterns to block when certain items seem to be slipping
through Akismet, but this is fairly rare.
