Let me know how the initial tests are, I have a couple ideas about how 
Akismet could be tweaked to work better with wiki-type content, but 
there isn't much data around it yet.

I guess the biggest thing would be experimenting with just sending the 
added text, rather than the whole page.

If you can, please send a "comment_type" of "wiki".
