[spam-stopper] Typical PHP Server Headers

Can someone send me or point me to a list of typical PHP headers from
the $_SERVER variable that are sent to the Akismet service?

I'm working on a .NET library for the service and since PHP won't be
used i'd like a list if the variables and typical values so i could
send the equivalent headers from an ASP.NET app.

>From the documentation i took it that these headers (or some of them)
are fairly important for determining if a message is spam or not.
