[spam-stopper] Spam Managing

It's very weird indeed. I haven't had time today to properly look it
over, but I'm also sort of working blindly here; I don't know what
could trigger something as being spam.

Currently it seems that my comments are the only ones being marked as
spam (?!?!?!), and I have _no_ clue what to do about it :(
