[spam-stopper] Works very good for other languages

Spam-stopper really impressed me. I didn't receive spam since I activated
Spam-stopper. With most anti-spam tools it's very depressing if you are
using it with another language (some of the tools think Dutch looks a lot
like spam and put it in moderation, so I still have to go through the list
manually).

My website is in Dutch and I receive about 20-30 spam messages a day (quite
a lot for a personal blog). I haven't received spam since yesterday and
other posts show up normal.
