[spam-stopper] Bug

I made the change on my own site this morning and the plugin has
properly marked all spam since that time. To apply the change, open
the plugin file and change line 46

from:
		if ( 'true' == $response )

to:
		if ( 'true' == $response[1] )

and save the file. That is all.
