[spam-stopper] Comment Moderation Question

I currently have moderation set up for people who don't have approved  
comments, or comments that have more than five links. I also have a  
pretty long list of terms that cause comment to get put  in the  
moderation queue.  Do I need to turn these options off as well as  
clear the moderation list in order to use this plugin?
