[spam-stopper] Welcome everybody

First off I wanted to thank everyone to volunteering to try out this 
experiment and help out with everything.

Before getting started, I should point out a few things:

* Please deactivate all other spam plugins and clear your blacklists
* In the beginning you *will* get more spam, as the system starts to learn
* The idea is that you will get drastically less after a few days
* When spam does get through mark it as "spam" in the WP interface and 
it'll be submitted back for review and it'll protect other members of 
the network.

Without further ado, the plugin is attached. It's a standard upload and 
activate job, no configuration right now.
