[spam-stopper] Akismet for Nucleus

I just wanted to introduce myself and let every know that I am working
on an Akismet plugin for Nucleus CMS.

The plugin uses a new anti-spam plugin architecture that is being
developed for the upcoming 3.3 version of Nucleus, so the plugin won't
work by default on the current version. The plugin supports detection
of spam and giving feedback back to Akismet.com.

The latter is supported by the plugin, but Nucleus does not include a
moderation queue by default, so this won't be used on a normal
installation of Nucleus. I also developed a moderation queue plugin,
which does hook into this feature, so the combination of these two
plugins will give the ability to give feedback back to Aksimet.com.
