[spam-stopper] Experimental Akismet modules for Geeklog

Well, it's not a another language, but I thought I'd join in with
Akismet modules for Geeklog's spam filter:

I've called them "experimental" as Geeklog currently discards spam posts
immediately and so there's no way to correct false positives. Not
Akismet's problems, obviously - we'll have to think of something for
future Geeklog versions.
