[HyperDB] How can I set up HyperDB with latest version.

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your help. I will be glad and grateful to you if you can
give some more elaboration information about how can I use this plugin.
Because I am stuck on configuration settings. How the slave database should
configure? Will I have to pre-build the slave database?
And within one server with several database how can I configure it. If you
let me those info I will be grateful to you.
