[HyperDB] Active Master and Passive Master with binary replication

Thanks guys.

We shall test out 'write'=>2 for our second Passive Master in our config.

It's not exactly what we are looking for but it's a step in the right direction. If need be, I can write conditional statements just like Andy recommends.
