[glotpress] Glotpress on Windows Server

Hi

I installed Glotpress on a Windows shared hosting platform. Work good. 
Tables was created, I can me loged in, perfect.
But, I can’t create a adminuser. The hosting haven’t SSH access. What can I
do?
