[glotpress] how to contribute?

Hi,

i just take knowledge about this project, i entered to the irc with the hope
to talk with someone but no success :P

i want to contribute, i have more than 4 years in experience in
php/js/mysql, i already downloaded the source from the svn, but i don't know
how to use trac (to fix the bug) or if needed to develop more features.

waiting answer to work with all of you :)
