 When a string has minor changes, the translation is marked as fuzzy, but
 there's no way to know what exactly has changed (unless you can figure
 that out from the old translation).

 When that happens to WordPress core strings, I can open previous `.po`
 files and find the string there.

 That's not possible for projects that are not open sourced, e.g. Forums or
 Plugin Directory.

 There should be a way to view and compare previous versions of fuzzy
 strings (like revisions in WordPress), to make sure that the changes are
 properly reflected in the translation.
