 * Kurdish (Sorani): Add Facebook locale.
 * Kurdish (Sorani): The value for the ISO 639-2 code is from ISO 639-3,
 switch it.
 * Kurdish (Kurmanji): Switch to the ISO 639-3 code "kmr".
 * Kurdish (Kurmanji): Use TR for the country code.

 Fixes #535.
