 There are some locales which haven't been requested by a person yet, thus
 those locales have no team which are actively translating WordPress into
 the language.

 When in the future someone wants to start translating into the language we
 can re-add the `wp_locale` property. It gives us also the opportunity to
 use the corresponding ISO 639-3 code.
