 I have been thinking about the current state of it and I strongly believe
 we should disable this feature for a while till. I was never a fan on how
 fast this was committed with such a limited unit tests. That was also the
 reason why I haven't had committed it myself since to make this feature
 work well, you have to spent some dedicated time working on it.

 My plan would be:
 - Disable the current functionality
 - Rewrite the code as a class
 - Build up translation memory
 - Use it for suggestions
 - After a trail (weeks/months) enable the cross matching again
