 I think the idea behind this is partially wrong. Warnings can be
 legitimately invalid, and propagation is/should be expected for those
 translations.

 The problem is that strings with warnings are set as current without the
 warning being reviewed (such as when someone with approval capabilities
 triggers it), and that the translator has no idea about the warning prior
 to GlotPress saving it.
 Additionally, it seems that corrections to the string which caused the
 warning that propagated wouldn't then be also propagated, once again due
 to the status of the translation.

 It seems perhaps that with [1126] there should be an extra step of
 propagating the change when the warning for a translation is discarded.
