 The old string:

 `Public URL to a source file in the project. You can use
 <code>%file%</code> and <code>%line%</code>. Ex.
 <code>https://trac.example.org/browser/%file%#L%line%</code>`

 The new string:

 `Public URL to a source file in the project. You can use %1$s and %2$s.
 Ex. %3$s`

 **It's much easier to translate short strings, without HTML tags.**
