 Anybody can disable this functionality? How can user with permission for
 one small plugin add wrong (but validated!) translation to another plugin
 (WooCommerce)? Why we have permission system when it is not used? This is
 really mess, how can I find where it was changed it the whole GlotPress
 directory and repair it? I will have to stop adding new translators until
 this will be fixed somehow.
