 JAWS uses SHIFT+CTRL+ENTER for opening the focused link in a new tab,
 which shouldn't affect anything when activating with the textarea focused.
 However, it also uses it to jump to a prior table.

 As such, the shortcut with Alt from @markoheijnen may be safer.
