 The dismissable notice about placeholders says:
  Missing %s placeholder in translation.

 I think if there are multiple placeholders, it should say which
 placeholder is missing. So if you have `%1$s` and `%2$s`, and the
 translation lacks %2$s, it should say:
  Missing `%2$s` placeholder in translation.
