 We're running into a huge slowdown on translate.wordpress.org now. An
 import of Jetpack's strings took 17 minutes. @dd32 did a rewrite of the
 translation memory loop, see [attachment:327-rewrite1.diff]. With the
 patch the same import took only 3 minutes.
