 Currently the method {{{update_status_breakdown()}}} also caches all
 translations counts. This leads to double caching that value. Because of
 that, on import of new originals we need to bust all caches of
 translations sets which shouldn't be needed.

 Because of #465 you can see the weirdness of different total translations
 in the UI.
