 Currently when installing GlotPress it fails to create the database
 tables.  This is because of a bug in the backpress code.

 It also doesn't handle the size limited multi column indexes.

 The attached patch handles all of the above circumstances, but is kind of
 ugly, as it walks the entire string and tracks open/closes braces.

 I've also submitted this as a ticket on the backpress trac
 (http://backpress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/36).
