 Wrong export of not translated strings with newline in the beginning.

 For example see this string:
 https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev/admin/cs/default?filters[original_id]=142386

 I will translate it, but you can test another language, which does not
 have it translated.

 It starts with a new line and when you try to export .po file, this string
 will be marked as translated, but translation contains only new line
 character.
