 In [attachment:212.12.diff] I have implemented an idea to reduce the mess
 on https://translate.wordpress.org/languages/de. Instead of displaying
 translation sets with different slugs on one page I decided to separate
 them.

 `/languages/$locale` will show only default projects while
 `/languages/$locale/$set_slug` shows all projects to a "sub set".
