 If a slug of a locale is changed ([990] or [735]) we can't find the
 associated GP_Locale anymore. You will get some PHP notices and empty
 lines in the table:

 Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /gp-includes/things
 /translation-set.php on line 18
 Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /gp-
 includes/routes/project.php on line 36

 Attached patch removes broken sets from the list.
