 I know. It's because on wordpress.org the reference is linked to the
 sourcecode and AFAIK at wordpress.com they decided not to do that because
 of security issues. I guess they didn't want every Tom, Dick and Harry to
 have access to the wordpress.com sourcecode.

 Does displaying the reference depend on the availability of the
 sourcecode? In other words, can the references displayed without access to
 the sourcecode?

 I'm no coder/developer so I don't understand how GlotPress works and the
 following might be a stupid question. Is displaying the reference a built-
 in GlotPress feature or added as some sort of plugin that could be
 customized?
