 Just want to confirm that @windigo's fix worked for me installing
 GlotPress for the first time on Xampp, PHP 5.5.24, MySQL 5.6.24

 But I was attempting to use wp_user and wp_usermeta and the wp_usermeta
 caused this error:
 ALTER TABLE `wp_usermeta` CHANGE COLUMN `umeta_id` `umeta_id` bigINT(20)
 NOT NULL auto_increment PRIMARY KEY;
 Multiple primary key defined
