 [attachment:480.2.diff] rewrites `gp_append_meta()` to actually work, it
 changes the function signature of `gp_get_meta()` to `gp_get_meta(
 $meta_type, $object_id, $meta_key = null )` to allow for no-meta-key-
 specified to return all meta values associated with the object.
