Comment:

 [attachment:396.diff] check for warnings on all translations begin
 imported. Warnings are saved.

 Additionally, the `translation_set_import_status` filter gets the whole
 entry now, so that a plugin can set the status to waiting (for example) if
 the translation has warnings.
