 We're using GlotPress to translate WordPress for Android release notes for
 the Play Store. These release notes are limited to 500 (UTF8) characters.
 The source language (english) is always < 500 chars but translations
 exceed this limit and I have to remove a line or two when I add them to
 the Play Store.

 We could add an optional length limit property to each translation entry,
 and reject it (or set it fuzzy) if the translator exceed the desired
 length.
