 Per the above bbPress' pot file is generated by makepot.php should these
 strings now be available for translation?

 Two parts to this are:

 1. The strings e.g. `The bbPress Community` are now '''NOT''' included the
 current .pot file being created by makepot.php at http://bbpress-
 i18n.svn.wordpress.org/pot/trunk/bbpress.pot.
  * If I run `makepot.php` locally from `\tools\i18n\makepot.php` the
 strings are included, is the `makepot.php` version running here different
 to the one included in WordPress' develop repo?

 2. Historically going back through bbPress 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5
 translations the plugin author string `The bbPress Community` is in each
 of the `bbpress.pot` files though the strings are not available for
 translation in GlotPress for any version at
 [http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/bbpress
 translate.wordpress.org/projects/bbpress]
