 I'm quite confused: Is the glossary supposed to be a 'per-language' (as
 the ticket description says) or a 'per-project' solution?

 I mean, I can only see the 'create glossary' link on top of each project,
 but it would be nicer for us in the Brazilian community to have a common
 glossary for the language.

 Considering this is already available on Translate...
