 I noticed that several translated words are missing even though the
 indicator says 100% for example here
 https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev/admin/

 The french language says 100% but the following words are not translated:

 Strength indicator
 Hint: The password should be at least seven characters long. To make it
 stronger, use upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols like ...
 E-mail
 Required

 It is also confusing that there are 2 project files for WordPress which
 have overlapping translations.

 https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev/

 For example the password hint is translated for the dev version and not
 admin one.
